Share something interesting about you. 

I've lived in and taught in Japan as well as Korea. I rode my motorcycle out to South Dakota and back the last two summers! That's about 4600 miles, round trip!

What is your teaching philosophy?

Teaching is a continuous process of learning from my students, my colleagues, parents, the community and the world. The lifelong process of learning is where I learn new ideas, new strategies and new philosophies. I'm a life long learner with a growth mindset.

What makes working at Ravensworth so great? 

We support each other creating a sense of community everyday! Our caring is contagious.

Hobbies/Interests

Spending time with my two daughters, riding my motorcycle - exploring new areas far and near, cooking, being outdoors - from gardening to hiking, traveling, knitting and reading.
